Garden Cottage offers compact and cosy accommodation set on a working sheep, beef and dairy farm between the small villages of Aughton and Gressingham which is situated in the Lune Valley within close proximity to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Lancashire Coast.

Ground Floor
Kitchen/dining area and oak beamed lounge with cooker, fridge, microwave and colour television. A conservatory overlooking the garden and countryside as far as the Three Peaks, also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space to hang coats, boots etc.

First Floor
One twin bedded room and one double bedded room. Games room equipped with snooker table and games for children. Bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin and WC.

Garden Cottage has its own private driveway with ample parking and large garden with picnic table and chairs.

Within a 3 mile radius there are shops and a variety of country pubs serving good food.
